Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch and deliver your order within 3 to 5 business days throughout Europe from the time your payment is confirmed.

For the rest of the world, delivery times are 6 to 9 business days.

Our teams do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Our Commitment in Case of Delay

We take our delivery times seriously. If your order is not delivered within the stated 9 business days, Klanya will automatically provide you with a €10 voucher, valid for 1 year across our entire store, with no minimum spend required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number. You can then track the progress of your parcel directly through the DHL website.
